Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 30 ml espresso
  • 30 ml Lillet
  • 60 ml rose lemonade
  • 1 shot grenadine syrup
  • 5 ice cubes

Preparation

  • Put the ice cubes in a decorative glass and fill to about half-full with rose lemonade.
  • Then prepare an espresso in a pot.
  • As soon as the espresso is made, pour it into the glass over the back of a spoon to allow the layers to form.
  • Then add a shot of grenadine syrup.

Serving suggestion

Decorate with a few rose petals.
