Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 110 ml coffee
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 20 ml Cognac
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream

Preparation

  • Attach the 2-stage frothing nozzle to the machine.
  • Add the sugar and Cognac to a heat-resistant glass.
  • Hold the frother in the Cognac and dispense steam for about 5 seconds to heat the Cognac.
  • Now prepare the coffee in the same glass.
  • Top the drink with whipped cream.

Serving suggestion

Decorate with a little grated chocolate, if liked.
