Ingredients (for 2 persons)

  • 60 ml double espresso
  • 30 ml vanilla syrup
  • 2 tsp grated chocolate
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 4 ice cubes

Preparation

  • Put the ice cubes in a shaker.
  • Prepare the double espresso in the same shaker and add the ice cream and grated chocolate.
  • Shake for about 20 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into decorative glasses and add a straw.
