Ingredients (for 2 persons)
- 2 x 45 ml espresso
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- ½ tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- Put the ice cubes, espresso, sugar, cocoa powder and pineapple juice in a shaker.
- Shake for about 20 seconds so that the espresso cools immediately.
- Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses.
Decorate with a piece of pineapple and cocoa powder.
